We can work alongside you as trusted partners, providing as much or as little support as you need. We can help you with all aspects of learning and development, but our work falls into four broad categories:
Learning Strategy and Architecture
In a new world that values resources as much as courses, we can help you to create a learning architecture for your organisation that effectively integrates formal, non-formal, on-demand and experiential learning.
We can work with your internal consultants to coach them as they apply their skills to real projects. We can also undertake a strategic review for you, highlighting opportunities for structural changes and new learning interventions that will transform the service you provide to your organisation.
Learning Design
Our design process is a refreshingly different but simple approach to the design of learning solutions. We combine contrasting learning methods and media in order to maximise effectiveness and efficiency. The approach goes a step further to ensure the design results in application to real-world tasks and the learner is supported along the whole length of their learning journey.
We can work with you to coach your designers as they work on real projects, or for those times when you don’t have the time or the experience to do everything for yourself, we’re happy to lend a hand and undertake design work for you.
Classroom and Virtual Classroom
The classroom continues to have a valuable role to play in learning interventions. We know what’s required to fully leverage the power of the classroom – whether that’s within four walls or the virtual variety.
We can work with you to coach your designers and facilitators as they work on real projects. We an also design physical and virtual classroom sessions for you, tapping in to our decades of experience and our specialist technical and creative skills.
Digital Content Design and Development
From videos to podcasts, blogs to slide shows, quizzes to interactive scenarios, we can help you to exploit the full benefits of digital learning content. We are experts in the design of compelling content and we can’t wait to share this expertise with you.
