From videos to podcasts, blogs to slide shows, quizzes to interactive scenarios, we can help you to exploit the full benefits of digital learning content. We are experts in the design of compelling content and just dying to pass this expertise on to you.
Building your capability
We believe that, while specialists and full-time content designers play an invaluable role, digital content design and development is a core competency for all learning professionals.
- The digital learning designer’s programme: Designed for learning professionals and subject specialists, this programme provides you with the skills you need to create engaging and effective digital learning content in all its forms, from simple slides, PDFs, podcasts and screencasts, through to videos, quizzes, tutorials and scenarios. You’ll learn to analyse learning requirements and audience characteristics, select the most appropriate forms of content, and then work individually or with specialists to design, develop and deploy your content.
Note that this programme can be delivered in a wide range of formats. It can also be customised to reflect the types of skills that you most need. So, if you design in-house but then work with outside developers, we might offer you a programme concentrating just on design. And if you’re only interested in one media format – say video or interactive scenarios, we can create programmes that focus entirely on this. Whatever the format, our programmes are characterised by a major emphasis on practical work.
Working alongside you
We can work with you to coach your designers as they work on real projects. This service works brilliantly as a follow-up to the programmes listed above.
Doing it for you
For those situations in which you don’t have the time or the experience to do everything for yourself, we’re happy to lend a hand and develop digital learning content for you. With decades of award-winning experience and access to the very best technical and creative resources, we are ideally placed to build content that is both engaging and memorable.
